Delaware Municipal Court

Delaware Municipal Court has 2 judges that deal with misdemeanor criminal and traffic cases. Unique to this court is their strict policy on driving privileges. In an OVI case, driving privileges will only be allowed for your work, your school, and for medical purposes of yourself and your family. Driving others to their work or their school will not be permitted. They also require a $30 filing fee, current proof of insurance, and an application for restricted plates (yellow plates) when the request for privileges is filed.

Delaware County Common Pleas Court

Shawnee Hills Mayor’s Court

Shawnee Hills Mayor’s Court handles misdemeanor criminal and traffic matters. More serious offenses are often filed in the Delaware Municipal Court or they can be transferred there at your request.

Sunbury Mayor’s Court is also referred to as Sunbury Magistrate’s Court.
