    DUI/OVI Dismissed

    • DUI/OVI Dismissed: Client pulled over for a turn signal violation, removed from the car, and made to submit to field sobriety tests.  He was then arrested and asked to submit to a breathalyzer.  We fought the DUI charge based on the officer lacking enough cause to arrest him.  The DUI charge was dismissed.  The client plead to a turn signal violation resulting in a small fine and no license suspension.
