After dealing with another attorney for days with no results and feeling defeated, I contacted Colin at 10:45 am Tuesday morning. Colin answered all of my questions. He was very confident in his answers. I no longer live in the Columbus area so it was important to be find someone I could trust to handle the case in my absence. He returned my calls promptly and most importantly he did EVERYTHING he said he would do. I followed up with him Wednesday morning at 7:52 am and he actually answered the call himself, which is almost unheard of for attorneys these days and again he was very attentive and confident about the service he could provide based on my personal situation. I received a back call from Colin at 9:44 am Wednesday letting me know that my issue was resolved and I would have the documented proof by email. I got the email at 12:29 pm Wednesday. In less than 24 hours literally my issue was resolved. Turn around time was impeccable. Now I know every case will be different and will not have the same 24 hour turn around time, however, I mention this because to me it shows his prompt attention to his clients needs. I am beyond pleased with my decision to hire him and I didn’t pay a penny more than he said I would. Thanks again for all your help and I will highly recommend you to anyone who asks.
